Synthetic microRNA HD10 is a adaption of microRNA hsa-mir122 to a synthetic target sequence. This microRNA is oriented reverse-complementary and can be driven with any Pol2 promoter of the users choice.Notes
Guiding and passanger strand of the microRNA HD10 were constructed to have no endogenous human target. Adaption to microRNA hsa-mir122 was done for having a proper expression frame and enabling expression the microRNAs from Pol2 promoters.Source
