    Description

    This intermediate consists of two copies of CFP fused to the SV40 nuclear localization sequence, ending with the ADH1 terminator. It can be used to build synthetic transcription factors for use in yeast by ligating it to a construct containing Kozak+(repression/activation) domain + DNA-binding domain.
